By accessing and continuing to access this website of nsave SA and all information and functionality contained herein (the “Website”), you confirm that you have read, understood and are in agreement with the terms and conditions below, including the waiver of warranty and liability. Additionally, nsave’s privacy policy applies.

These terms of use are subject to change at any time without notice and access to and use of the website may be restricted or terminated at any time. Continued access to this website following any modification in these Terms of Use will constitute your acceptance of the Terms of Use as modified. Access to and use of this website are subject to and shall be construed in accordance with Swiss legislation exclusively.

The nsave application (“app”) is operated by nsave SA. The services in the app are provided by nsave exclusively on the basis of these Terms and Conditions herein (“terms”), the supplementary terms and conditions in the appendices to the Terms and Conditions and the data protection policy published on our website (together “General Terms and Conditions”).

  1. Scope and contracting party

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of all services offered by nsave with all contents, functions, services, and rules within the framework of the contract between nsave SA and the person using the service (hereinafter “customer”). The terms apply to all customers.

The contracting party in respect of the services offered by nsave is nsave SA. In addition to these terms, separate terms and conditions of third-party service providers may apply. They allow access to and use of customer data insofar as this is necessary for the provision of services offered by nsave and the customer actively consents to its use.

  1. Terms of use

To do business with nsave, the customer must be (a) minimum 18 years of age, and (b) must not be incapable of acting. The customer is obliged to inform nsave of any of the above changes by emailing [email protected].

There is no provision for granting of powers of attorney. The services offered are to be used exclusively for private purposes.

Outsourcing. nsave is permitted to outsource services/business units (for instance, collection and administration of customer data, preparation of transaction data) in whole or in part to other third parties within or outside the jurisdiction of Switzerland. If data is exchanged for this purpose, all the data will be transmitted in encrypted form. The use of these services is subject to the respective terms of use and data protection conditions of such services.
